To begin our collaboration, we’ll enter a preliminary agreement, bringing Harvest Built on as a consultant to oversee all preliminary tasks. This allows us to work closely with you, your architect, or designer, setting the project up for success.

Here, we’ll coordinate with your chosen architect or building designer. If one hasn’t been selected yet, we can help connect you with a designer suited to your project. As a consultant, Harvest Built provides valuable insights on cost and buildability from the outset, ensuring your vision is achievable as we prepare for construction.

Through the pre-construction phase, we gain a deep understanding of your design, allowing us to create a detailed proposal. This includes a comprehensive outline of the project scope, inclusions, and schedule, giving you confidence in a cost- effective and time-efficient path forward.

Once the proposal is approved, we’ll prepare a fixed-price contract and gather all necessary documentation for insurance and building approvals. We’ll also create a detailed project schedule for your review, marking the beginning of your project’s transformation.
